Alan is the Founder and Chief Instructor of the C-TAC Program, providing overall leadership, program design, and instructor training for the organization. With over 45 years of martial arts experience, Alan is internationally recognized as a martial arts and self-defense expert. He has trained with the world's most renowned instructors.
