Know what to expect before you begin.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Begin with Student Start Here, then follow the student curriculum. You can revisit the foundations and continue at your own pace.
Do I need special equipment?
You can begin by watching the lessons and learning the concepts. Some practical drills use training tools. You do not need a complete equipment setup to start studying.
How do I access the lessons?
Sign in to your member dashboard to open your courses and stream video lessons on a phone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. Return to the lessons throughout your active membership. Video lessons are not available for download.
Can I ask questions or get help?
Yes. Leave a question on the lesson you are studying or join a discussion in the student forum. Contact the C Tac team for account help or guidance finding material.
Can I attend live training or pursue rank?
Yes. Seminars, workshops, and designated training events offer opportunities to continue in person. Students interested in rank can prepare for testing at designated live events. Event registration is separate from online membership. Check each event for availability and requirements.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically. Cancel through Account, then Subscriptions, to stop future charges. Access continues through your current paid billing period. Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law.
