Bailey Cassinelli

Bailey holds a Shodan (First-Degree Black Belt) in American Kenpo, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a red/blue belt in Taekwondo. Additionally, she is now proudly training in CTAC (Civilian Tactical Training Association)

While training in American Kenpo, Bailey primary trained under Master Kevin Schaller, and Sensei Jim Rodriguez, while also having the incredible honor of occasionally training with Soke Dave McNeill, and Grandmaster Alexander Archie, both of which were asked to be on the board at her black belt test, along with nine other extremely accomplished martial artist, who all gave her their approval of Shodan.

Bailey also enjoys training with firearms and plans to compete in USPSA starting in 2026.

Bailey brought her lifelong dream to life when she started her business Mrs. Primed Defender, and opened her own dojo in Great Falls, MT in 2025, where she teaches American Kenpo, and women’s self-defense seminars.

Bailey has personally used her self-defense training multiple times throughout her life. The two most defining experiences she had were when someone she should have been able to trust attempted to assault her, thankfully due to her training she was able to stop that attempted assault.

Another time she was robbed at gunpoint and was able to stay calm and focused during the situation, allowing her to come through it safely. Ever since those experiences, her life’s mission quickly became teaching women and children the same life saving skills she used in those situations. She believes that everyone should attain some form of martial arts/self defense training, and strives to offer a safe and welcoming space for all women and children to train in.

Additionally, Bailey and her highschool sweetheart/husband Dawson, both share a fire burning passion and vision to offer self-defense training on all levels, to everyone. With that vision Primed Defender and Mrs. Primed Defender were brought to life. While Dawson and Bailey share the same mission, they both have different roles within it. Dawson is an incredible and dedicated firearms instructor. Bailey assists Dawson on the shooting range, and Dawson assists Bailey in the dojo. Teamwork, makes the dream work!  They both believe that you should never stop learning, as they continue to turn their dreams into a reality they both strive to further their education so that they can better serve and offer their students more resources and training for years to come.
